Hello! We’re Wordbricks, Inc. We build TypoMonster Chat to help you reduce LLM inference costs for AI character chat. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
We’ve tried to write these terms as clearly as possible. They cover how you can use our services, what we expect from you, and how we handle things like API access and payments.
1. Who We Are
Wordbricks, Inc is a technology company building AI infrastructure. TypoMonster Chat is an LLM orchestration layer that routes, caches, and optimizes inference requests for AI character chat applications.
2. Your Account
To use TypoMonster Chat, you need an account and an API key. Here are the basics:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Security: Keep your login credentials and API keys safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
- Honesty: Please provide accurate information when you sign up.
- Help: If you suspect unauthorized access or API key compromise, revoke the key immediately and email us at hello@molu.bot.
3. Using Our Services
We want you to use TypoMonster Chat to build great AI character chat experiences. However, there are some rules to ensure safety for everyone:
- Don’t break the law: Use our API for legal purposes only.
- Don’t cause harm: Do not use the platform to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Don’t steal our work: You cannot reverse-engineer our software or use it to build a competing service.
- Don’t abuse the API: Automated scraping of our services, rate-limit evasion, or sharing API keys publicly is not allowed.
- Respect upstream providers: Your use must comply with the terms of the underlying LLM providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) whose models are accessed through our proxy.
4. API & LLM Proxy
TypoMonster Chat proxies requests to third-party LLM providers on your behalf. Important things to know:

- Check the Output: LLM responses can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Always review generated content before using it in production.
- You’re in Control: You decide which models to route to and what prompts to send. You are responsible for the content generated through your API keys.
- No Guarantees: We strive for high availability and low latency, but we cannot guarantee uptime or response quality from upstream providers.
- Usage Tracking: We track token usage, request counts, and latency metrics per API key for billing and analytics.
5. Fees
API usage is billed based on token consumption and request volume. If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees listed. All payments are generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. We’ll always let you know if pricing changes.
6. Legal Disclaimers

We provide the platform “as is”. This means we don’t make specific promises about its reliability, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wordbricks, Inc isn’t liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss that might result from using the platform or any third-party LLM responses proxied through it.
7. Wrapping Up
- Changes: We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll let you know. Continued use means you agree to the new terms.
- Termination: You can stop using our services anytime. We may also suspend access if these terms are violated.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of California.
