Wordbricks, Inc (“Company”, “we”, “us”) is an AI technology company building reliable AI infrastructure.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data when you use the TypoMonster Chat platform, API, and related services. We believe in transparency and minimizing data collection.

Personal data we receive automatically

Device and Connection Information: Device type, OS version, and IP address.
Usage Information: API request counts, token consumption, model usage, latency metrics, and dates/times of access.
Log and Troubleshooting Information: Error logs and request metadata to identify and resolve issues.

Note on Data Retention: API request content (prompts and responses) is transiently processed for routing and caching purposes. We do not persistently store the full content of your API requests beyond what is needed for usage tracking and billing.

LLM Providers: Your API request content is forwarded to upstream providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. Their privacy policies govern their handling of that data.

Corporate Events: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy.
